Terms of service

These terms cover your use of sellerprofitdoctor.com, its free tools and the reports it sells (together, the “service”). Seller Profit Doctor is run by Gomorra Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the service or buying a report, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

The service is for people who sell online, about their own shop. By buying a report you confirm that you are at least 18 and buying it for your own shop or one you help run.

• The profit check-up and its result: your grade, what each order keeps and your three biggest leaks, each with its fix and what it’s worth at your numbers.
• The calculators, and the tools AI assistants can call for you.
• None of them needs an account, a sign-up or a login to your shop.

• The profit report, $19.99, paid once: every leak that applies to your shop, ranked by dollars, each with its fix, its steps and what it’s worth at your numbers, plus a 30-day plan. A web page at a private link, and a PDF.
• The full audit, $29.99, paid once: everything in the profit report, plus more products, a fee summary for your accountant, a spreadsheet of every number, and one re-check email on day 30. A web page at a private link, a PDF and a spreadsheet.
• The upgrade, $10, paid once: turns a profit report into the full audit, within 14 days of buying the report.
• Parts that need your platform statement work from the numbers you type until the statement reader is ready. Each report says which parts those are.
• There is no subscription, no account and no charge that repeats.

Your report opens on screen after you pay, and we email you its link. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then write to support@sellerprofitdoctor.com and we’ll send it again. Anyone with the link can open your report, so share it only with people you trust.

• The price is shown before you pay and is charged once.
• On our website, Stripe sells the report to you as the seller of record, through its Managed Payments service. Stripe works out any sales tax that applies, shows it before you pay and collects it. Stripe’s own terms cover the payment, and we never see or store your card details.
• An AI agent you use can also buy a report for you, at the same prices, with Stripe’s payments for AI agents. For those purchases Gomorra Labs LLC is the seller, Stripe processes the payment, and we handle any sales tax. Your agent should ask you before it pays.
• Your bank or card issuer may add its own fees, for example for a payment in another currency.
• Prices can change, but a change never affects a purchase you’ve already made.

• Every figure is an estimate from the answers you give and from the fees the platforms publish, which we date and link. What a fix is worth is worked out at your numbers, if your orders hold. We don’t promise any result.
• We use your numbers as you give them and don’t check them against your records or your shop.
• Platforms change their fees. We check ours on the dates shown on our rates page, and a fee can change between checks.
• The reports, the calculators and the free tools are general business information. They are not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice.
• Where a report touches taxes, such as the full audit’s fee summary or facts about tax forms, it is not tax advice: take it to your accountant or tax preparer.
• You decide what to do with your shop, and you are responsible for those decisions.

A report is only as good as your answers, so please answer as accurately as you can. The check-up asks for numbers, not for anyone’s personal details, and you should not send us anyone else’s.

Seller Profit Doctor is independent. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Etsy, Shopify or Amazon, whose names are their owners’ trademarks. We never connect to your shop or ask for its login, and nothing we suggest changes your shop by itself.

If your report isn’t what you hoped for, email us within 14 days of buying it and we refund the full price. You don’t need to give a reason or prove anything.

This covers the profit report ($19.99), the full audit ($29.99) and the $10 upgrade, including one an AI agent bought for you. Refunds are always of the full amount you paid for that purchase.

Once a report is refunded, its link stops working and its PDF and spreadsheet can’t be downloaded again. For a full audit, the day-30 re-check email isn’t sent. Copies you already downloaded stay on your device; please treat them as returned.

If you upgraded, refunding the report refunds the upgrade too, and the report closes. You can also ask to refund only the upgrade, within 14 days of paying for it: your report then goes back to the profit report, the full audit’s extras close, and the re-check email isn’t sent.

After those 14 days, we still refund you in full if:

• you paid but we couldn’t deliver your report, and we couldn’t fix that within 7 days of you writing to us;
• a fault on our side makes the report unusable and we can’t fix it;
• you were charged more than once for the same report; or
• the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.

Email support@sellerprofitdoctor.com from the address you paid with, within 14 days of the purchase. Include your report’s link, or the day you paid and the amount, so we can find the order. If an AI agent paid, include the payment id from its receipt. Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with and usually show within 5 to 10 business days.

For purchases on our website, Stripe is the seller of record, so Stripe may also refund a payment itself in some cases, for example to settle a problem before it becomes a dispute, or where consumer law requires it. A refund from Stripe ends access to the report in the same way.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can cancel within 14 days of buying and get a full refund, the same as everyone else. This doesn’t affect your rights if a report is faulty.

Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank: a refund is quicker for you. If a charge is disputed, the report’s link stops working, and our records of the purchase and its delivery go through Stripe to your bank, which decides the dispute.

Your report is yours to use for your own shop. You may share it with your business partners, your staff, your accountant and your advisers. Please don’t resell it, publish it or use it to build a competing product.

The website, the check-up, its method, the reports’ wording, the design and the Seller Profit Doctor name belong to us. These terms don’t transfer any of them to you.

Please don’t:

• scrape the site or send automated requests, except through our tools for AI assistants, used within their limits;
• try to break, overload or get around any part of the service; or
• use the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent, such as paying with a card you aren’t allowed to use.

If we reasonably believe someone is doing these things, we may stop serving them.

The service and every report are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond what these terms say, including about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy, and we don’t promise the service will always be available or free of errors. This doesn’t limit the refund in section 9.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to what you paid for it.

Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited, or takes away a right you have as a consumer where you live.

We may change the service and these terms. We post changes here with a new date and say at the top what changed. The terms posted when you buy apply to that purchase.

Please write to us first and give us 30 days to put it right; most problems are fixed far sooner, and within 14 days of buying, a refund is yours for the asking. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. A dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Wyoming, except that either of us may use a small claims court where it qualifies, and if you are a consumer you keep the protections of the law where you live that can’t be waived.
