Your report opens on screen right after you pay, and we email its link from report@mail.sellerprofitdoctor.com. Look in your spam or promotions folder. Still missing? Write to us from the address you paid with and we’ll send it again.

Write to us with the day you paid and the amount. Once we’ve matched the payment, we send your report’s link to the right address.

We don’t keep free results: each one lives only in its link, so we can’t look it up for you. Look in your browser’s history for the page, or take the check-up again; it takes about a minute. To keep a result, bookmark its page or copy its link.

Every number comes from your answers and the platform’s published fees, so one different answer can change a lot. Check the answers listed on your result, and if something still looks off, tell us what and we’ll look into it.

Within 14 days of buying the profit report, you can upgrade it to the full audit for $10 from your report’s page. You pay only the upgrade, once.

Email us within 14 days of buying and we refund the full price, with no reason needed. The details, and the cases we still refund after that, are in our Refund policy.

Stripe takes the payment and emails your receipt, with any sales tax shown on it. If you don’t recognize a charge, write to us with the day and the amount, and we’ll tell you what it was.

To get a copy of what we hold, or to have it deleted, write to us from the address you paid with. Our Privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
