AI Assistant

Ask Doc a fee question, get the math.

Doc is our AI assistant. It answers questions about selling on Etsy, Shopify and Amazon: what a sale costs in fees, whether shipping or ads pay for themselves, which plan fits. 10 free questions, no sign-up.

What it answers from

• The dated fee tables for Etsy, Shopify and Amazon, every fee with its source and the day it was checked
• Every post on the blog, with its worked examples
• The free calculators: give it your price, shipping or ad spend and it runs the same math as the calculator pages

What it won’t do

• Make up a fee or a figure. A number it can't trace to our tables or your own words is taken out before you see the answer.
• Give tax, legal or financial advice, or say what a platform's rules allow. It says when our pages don't cover something and where to check.
• Keep your questions. They go to Google's Gemini to be answered and aren't stored; we keep only how many were asked.

For your whole shop at your own numbers, the free check-up takes about a minute. Every fee rule, with its source, is on the fee rates page.
